On-line membership application is encouraged as a secure and efficient method of membership application.

If on-line application is not possible, application can be made on this form and faxed or mailed.

Membership application procedure:.

1. Fill in your details on the downloadable form below, including nomination of a sponsor. A sponsor is a person who can confirm your interest and commitment to Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes and is usually a senior health professional working in the field and/or an APPES member.

Include payment details.

3. Forward the application form and you CV (include Postgraduate training, Specialty board certificates, certificate numbers and dates, membership in other societies and a brief bibliography) to:

4. The application will be reviewed by the APPES executive, and on acceptance you will be issued with a receipt, membership certificate and password to the Members Only sctions of the website.
